Meat squares

1 lb grounded chicken/turkey 

1 lb grounded beef (low fat)

1/2 cup carrot puree (that has cooked 4 hours)

A bit salt and pepper

Mix it all together and spread it out on a brolling pan (so the fat can drip down). Use a pizzacutter ore a knife to make the squares. Bake/roast in the oven at 400F for about 15 minutes (or until done). Cut out the squares again and eat!
