5 lbs beef rib bones
2 lbs chicken legs
2 lbs oxtail
1 stalk celery
3 carrots
1 onion
About 4 q water
Brown rib bone, oxtail, carrots and onion in the oven at 400F for 35 minutes, turning them once.
Put all the ingredients in a bit pot and cover 1 inch with water.
Let it simmer for minimum 6 hour.
I like it to simmer 12 hours!
I add 2 cloves garlic, 2 bay leafs and some pepper when I make it (not allowed on intro)
