Pork shoulder

3 lbs shoulder blade 

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp fresh thyme

1 tbsp fresh rosemary 

4 tbsp oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

Bring the marinade together and rub it on the meat

Let it rest for 1-2 hour or over night

Put it in the oven at 350F for about 2 hours. 

Its finish when it has reached 175F
