Red curry sea food

1/2 lbs uncooked peeled scampi

1/2 lbs red/white fish without bone and skin

2 cup coconut milk

4 tsp red curry paste (SCD legal)

1 tbsp coconut oil

Fry red curry paste 1 minutes in the oil. Add coconut milk. Let it boil and add shrimp/scampi and fish. Let it simmer for around 8 minutes.


I like to add more garlic, ginger and onion ;)
