3 lbs pork ham
1 acorn squash
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake the ham at 350 F to the thermometer shows about 168 (76C).
It takes about 2 1/2. Let it rest for 15 minutes before you cut it up.
Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place it cut side down and bake for 1 1/2 hour.
Set the ham in first and after 1 hour place the squash at the side.
