3 lbs pork roast
1/2 cup water/stock/SCD legal apple juice
1-2 tps honey
Optional: Grated ginger, garlic (Not stage 1)
Peel, deseed and chop the apples. Place them in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the stock/water and pork roast. Sprinkle the roast with salt and honey. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours.
