SCD and ME

1 tbsp grounded coriander seeds

1 tsp grounded fennel seeds

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp thyme

1,5 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil 

Mix all together in a small ziploc bag and add the meat. 

I used pork loin. 

Marinade for 1-2 hours or longer.
