Raw chicken breast
4 cloves garlic
3 dried chili
Roast the dried chili for 5 minutes at 400F. Put them in a cup of water for 1 hour. Use a hand blender or food processor and blend chili, raw garlic and water to a thin «soup».
Add chicken and marinade for at least 2 hours.
Roast the chicken for 20 minutes at 400F.
