Cut kabocha in half
Take out all the seeds
Cut it in slices
Mix together spices and oil
Rub it on every slice
(I use a zip loc bag and shake it..)
Place on baking paper in the oven.
Roast for 15 minutes at 400F
Turn them and roast for 15-20 minutes
If you use buttercup squash this can be stage 1 recipe.
Only cinnamon is classifies as stage 1 spice the other spices is not classified.
If you can have honey I think it will taste really good on this!
