1 kabocha
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Cumin
Salt
Coconut oil
Cut kabocha in half
Take out all the seeds
Cut it in slices
Mix together spices and oil
Rub it on every slice
(I use a zip loc bag and shake it..)
Place on baking paper in the oven.
Roast for 15 minutes at 400F
Turn them and roast for 15-20 minutes
If you use buttercup squash this can be stage 1 recipe.
Only cinnamon is classifies as stage 1 spice the other spices is not classified.If you can have honey I think it will taste really good on this!
