Lamb stew

3 pounds lamb stew meat

1 cup chicken stock

1 onion, chopped

4 tomatoes (Use low oxalate type if LOD)

1 large zucchini, chopped 

1 tsp mustard powder

2 cloves garlic

salt & pepper

Place veggies in the bottom of slow-cooker. 

Add chicken stock

Place meat on top . 

Sprinkle all spices evenly over meat. 

Cover and set to low, let it stay at least 7 hours
