Pork ribs

1 rack of ribs

1 large onion

1 large carrot

2-3 tomatoes (Use low oxalate type)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken stock

1 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp honey


Chop onion and carrot and place in bottom of slow-cooker. 

Place meat in a crockpot. 

Chop tomatoes and garlic and place around ribs. 

Pour stock over ribs. 

Sprinkle all spices and honey over ribs. 

Cook on low all day 8 hours
