In my country we have a «cut» of pork called bbq bones, its just bone with fatty pork meat..
I like to use this or spare ribs.
Cur tomatoes and zucchini in pieces.
Add everything to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Also good to add winter squash, carrots, green beans or what every you want..
