Chicken legs or wings
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp lime juice
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp cummin seeds, grounded
2 tsp coriander seeds, grounded
2 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp cayenne or chili powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 tsp ginger (not stage 3)
Mix all together and marinade it 1-2 hour or longer.
Roast in the oven or BBQ it on the grill!
